Keep Your Head Up...

Everyone needs a motto in life and due to recent events I have decided this will be mine. Forever. 


Some rubbish that went on with Uni as well as studying for my final exams has proved very testing at times and I came across a little image like this somewhere in the deep corners of the Internet and I thought 'Yes Ben, I shall keep my head up and I will indeed keep my heart strong'. 

This quote gives me lots of positive happy thoughts and that's always a bonus. Keeping positive is they key to life's little challenges and having the ability to remain optimistic whatever the world throws at you is a great little skill to have. It's definitely not easy but a little quote or image that's constantly with you to provide some encouragement will definitely help bring those happy vibes. Maybe this calls for a little tattoo, sorry Mum!
