My New Shoes...

Heeeeeeello there!

Welcome back! It's been a while since my last post as somewhere in between final exams, and post-exam celebrations blogging got a bit lost. I did however find time for a spot of shopping! I made more purchases than my bank balance would care to acknowledge but my favourite purchase has to be my new shoes!

I used the excuse of needing new shoes for graduation to justify this beautiful little purchase, but really when do shoes ever really need a justification?!

I decided to treat myself by splashing out in Dune (exams were very hard after all!) and chose these black suede wedge/flatform sandals. It was a close call between these and some similar heels however I decided these were the better choice as they would look great either for day or night and could definitely be dressed up or dressed down. Although these shoes are for graduation I am looking forward to wearing them with a nice summery dress and I think they would also look great with skinny jeans and a nice top, as well as obviously being perfect for a night out too - so versatile!

I have spend many an hour parading round the house in them and so far they have been super comfy! I like them because the platform gives an added height without it being a horrible uncomfortable high heel, me and heels do not get along! (This is also a bonus as I won't have the worry of falling flat on my face on the stage when I go up to collect me degree!)

I think my list of reasons why you should all go out and treat yourselves too is now complete, other than the fact they also come in a lovely nude/beigey colour and cost £69, which seems a lot but for comfort and quality it's worth it!
